It's British ministry of defence issue, green from factoryOk...I'll bite. Why is it green?
Molded in green from the factory in British army green, with the original military crate and documents to boot! She looks like she's done about 3 days work since April 1989 when she rolled out.Molded in green? Or painted over?
Yes the chest is what the saw was issued in, really well built with the interior varnished too.Is the transit chest for the saw as well? I really like that big broad arrow on the tag too. Really neat.
I'd imagine not very many, I've never seen one like this before, and apparently Google hasn't seen many eitherThat is cool. Do you know how many of them were made?
Pretty rare saw. You gonna use it or just be a shelf queen.
That green saw is pretty cool, but the 090 takes the cake.
Love those big old beasts. Running that baby with no boot on the spark plug wire would keep you on your toes!
You're just using this as a parts saw to get yours back up and running, right?
