Nicely done. I like that you skip over the closer of the rivet of a nice finish and oops I went just a touch too far. Its an awful fine line.

Yes, a fine line indeed! I get aggrevated at myself when I spin a rivet and leave that big round scratch on the sided plate. I sound like Yosemite Sam mumbling under my breath! (Rikum Frikum Frakum.....) Back to the breaker for a second attempt! Or hang the chain on the wall for myself!;)

I like that you keep it clean Yosemite. Not me, I just curse.
How many times have you bent the drive link when popping the rivets? Ive started to grind the heads down on the chain grinder. Don't get me wrong Im not a professional chain maker. Nor will I ever be by choice.

I'm old school in that I grind the rivet heads off rather than punch them out --plus the fact I don't own a punch .Got a spinner though .
