I just set the screws the same and never checked rpm. Bing did turn more rpm. Also from what I measured, the bore and Venturi were within a thou or two

They claim the Bing has a leg up slightly against the Walbro .I have a pair of 038 Mags,German and Brazil .The German has a Walbro and the Brazilian has a Bing .I can't compare them because The Brazilian has some soup. The German is a rebuild but stock with a gutted muffler .Apples to oranges .

I have a bing on my 064. I like it. Always easy to tune and seems consistent. It flows plenty of fuel too. 1/2 turn on the needle makes a big difference.

Bing ran really good from when I first fired it up. I gave it a little more on the low, muffler on this saw is really open. Tunes pretty easy though.
