Do you mean 460777 type 227ei?
Here is the Briggs site with owners manual and parts diagram. Not sure which service manual is for the engine.

Model 46 should be an Intek series. Usually there is also a code number after the type, and that indicates the date of manufacture.
I thought they only had manuals based off of engine series, I.E. Vanguard, Intek, and so on.

Sorry Model 460777-2227-E1 is an twin cylinder opposed engine , vertical crankshaft design. The service manual would be the 271172 Twin Cylinder L-Head

Thank you so much for the link to this manual . I was having a hard time trying to find it. I'm rebuilding this motor and without it would of been difficult.
