I know mostly saw stuff here but a friend of mine at work has a gravely mower that has a loose caster at 74 hours makes a snapping and vibration in frame while mowing. The one side has end play up and down the other caster is tight. He pull the dust cap and removed the caster stud when caster spindle was removed the bottom bearing came out with spindle on the side that has endplay. Aren’t these bearing supposed to have a light press in housing? They are just a sealed ball bearing top and bottom no tapered roller.

Was hoping that there was a dealer on here that would know because it’s in for warranty and the mechanic said it isn’t a press fit and he can’t say it is without proof from a manual
