We trialled one and I found that th adjustment for the left and right cutter length kept changing. Spoke to another dealer and they had issues with the power supplies dieing on them. I use my USG with foot peddle now

I tried to buy one and a bunch of chain in California from a hardware store that was closing, but they did not seem interested in selling or shipping.

I imagine they would grind each cutter to the same length. I get the most life out of chain by doing the opposite & just taking minimal needed off each cutter to sharpen & are not too concerned if they are a little different in length. I think the 'human' element in grinding is just as important as the grinder itself.
