Just got another this morning. Same set up with 16" bar and tool kit/owners manual. This one was on display at the dealer. It has never been fueled or fired. Had a shorter drive for this one, so asking 555.00 plus shipping. Paypal please. For interested parties, PM me. Pics in prior thread show the last saw sold.

Is this an m-tronic?

I didn’t see the carb adjustment holes on the last one you posted. Must be in the black grommet. It looked like an m-tronic port to me.

Here are some links that may offer some clarity. This is the European Stihl Site that clearly delineates the CM as M-tronic.
https://www.stihl.com/STIHL-power-t...insaws-for-forestry/21940-131/MS-241-C-M.aspx

This is from a FAQ from the US Stihl Site:

Professional Saws
And at STIHL, we have a particular fondness for our professional category chainsaws. ... To help you identify model features, look for these corresponding symbols: C = Comfort feature, E = Easy2Start™, Q = an additional chain braking system, R = wrap handle, and M = STIHL M-Tronic™.

So, would anyone else infer that since the 241 is labeled as only "C", it is non-mMtronic?

No, the C only means comfort feature. This can be different things, for example m-tronic, or models with C-BE (quick chain tensioner and Ergo Start)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe I've seen any of the mtronic saws with c-m on the saw itself, just c.

Yes, it is confusing. I purchased this from a John Deere dealership. Oddly, the Stihl branded sales tag that was attached to the saw said MS241 C-M. I am getting convinced, thanks to all of you guys, it is M-tronic.

Just pull the top cover and look. It's quicker and easier than thinking or writing posts.

It’s awkward. Being that C is actually for comfort and M’s for M Tronic.
A saw that is a C model is Mtronic, and a saw with a CM means it’s Mtronic with a comfort feature, like the toolless clutch cover
