We carry Aguila rimfire ammo at my side job shop and I notice it has a pretty loyal following. It certainly looks like a quality product, which can't be said for much of the lower cost domestic ammo. I picked up some of the Super Extra .22 LR 40 grain ammo to try. Ran a box through the Ruger American and Glock 44 and it shoots great. Accurate as anything else I've tried and cycles the autoloader perfectly. Produces less fouling than most others too. I'll be buying more for sure!

I used to shoot quite a bit of that, and then I couldn’t find bricks around here anymore. I always felt that the accuracy was very good, just like you said. And never jammed

I’ve always been a CCI Mini-Mag, 36 gr HP kinda feller, but a lot of the Aguila .22 LR ammo shoots well...the Aguila 40 gr .22 LR Interceptor round-nose shoots damn good. The Interceptor runs about 1470 fps if I remember correctly, couple of hundred fps faster than the CCI Mini-Mags.

I still have some boxes of the .22 and at one time aguila 9mm was in plentiful supply at our local outdoor supply store so i ran that for quite some time in my 9mm's. Both seemed like good stuff

The Super Extras remind me of Mini Mags, in fact they might even be a little more accurate in my guns. So, I call 'em Mexi Mags!!

I've shot a fair bit of Aguila .22 SV ammo with good results. It's comparable to CCI SV in the guns I've used it in. If it was all I had, I wouldn't feel handicapped.
