Seems to hit the cylinder fins pretty good, anyone have experienced/ remedy for this? I’ve gathered some information on this, just never hurts for more I guess! Or should I just run it and not be worried about it? Thanks a bunch

On my older blue Makita it's only has a spring there. Thinking you should be able remove it .

I just noticed that saws been in the Meat Locker before. Bet you can't keep your hands off it.
Just got it back, haven’t got to even cut with it yet. But from the videos Kevin sent me it’s a runner!!!!
