I've had this saw for a long time. As I've aged, it's gotten a bit heavy to use much, but a need for it's power is coming up soon.
Does anyone know the no load max rpms for this saw? I can't find it anywhere, or maybe Husq does not publish this data for autotunes? I thought I read somewhere that it should tach 13K plus... I might have dreamed it, because I can't find it again.
Been getting mine ready.. it tachs 12.5K no load. Maybe that's correct? I'm going to try the field autotune reset just to see... Can't be too far off, i guess..

Any ideas?

Max no load speed= 13,300

Max power speed= 9,600

Idle speed= 2,700

I'm attaching the workshop manual (courtesy of @backhoelover )

Thanks for that! It helps alot...

So, what would be your guess? AutoTune needs a reset? I still do not completely understand AutoTune.

I don't really know much about Autotune myself, but a reset would be a good first step (if everything else is in good shape).

I would probably cut with it first before I did a field reset on it.
