Got a 2011 or 2012 562xp that finally gave up… not sure how it lasted as long as it did but has anyone bought the crankcase??? I can’t find any info on it, will my old stuff fit on the new case?

I just put one on my 2012. Everything fits fine. I found that half the drilled holes come untapped. Apparently this is normal. Your old screws should be self tapping.
If you haven't bought it yet be careful, some are selling the old short blocks. Part #580 66 37-12 is the one.

I asked Spike60 and got this reply:
"There are some additional changes/improvements that arrived along with the new short block assembly, but they are not required for your project. The short block is fully exchangeable. If you wanted to upgrade to the new larger diameter oil pump, there is a kit for that; 598 937 704. It includes the pump, drum and gear. Backordered 'til June at the moment.

Other than the hardware all now being torx on the short block, there isn't anything to worry about there."

The clutch oil pump kit is Not necessary and is still on backorder.
