Looking for chain with worn out cutters to reuse. Also pieces, cutters and presets to fit 404 chain new or used.
I'm making up different sequences of skip and hyperskip chain for testing out on my mill. Always looking for 404 chain gooder or not.

404
063, 058 or 050

I have an Oregon .404" .050" loop in my trash bin.

It is Yours for shipping!? o_O

I can and will provide pictures if desired, as well as a shipping quote once I know the weight of the loop.

A tie strap snapped on that particular loop, it is otherwise in decent shape.
It is round tooth, 20".

This is the one I have, but I guess shipping cost (13$) would make it pointless/too expensive to get it to You.

No one running .404" that I know, not worth fixing - tossed it back into the scrap bin.
Cheers

So no one reading this add has any pieces of new chain or worn out milling chain or hyperskips for the trash bin?

I just bought a Remington 754 and it came with a 22" roller nose bar, it had 2 chains with it ( 1 tooth gone on one) . I'm probably never going to use them, Oregon presets might work on them if your interested, I can get pictures.

Some of the drive links are pretty shot on one loop, and it fits in a .050 bar idk if it started life as .050 but its got a #4 on the tooth.

Looks like 404 to me. Did you check it? Just curious

I forget off the top of my head what number goes on all the drivers but 6 is 063 they did make 050 and 058 404. If you measure them at the top of the driver it gives a better gauge measurement. I can use that regardless of gauge. All gauges used here.
