95 is much too high for the exhaust, 98 is the max you want. I like less blow down 21-22 is a good general number. 83 on the intake is ok, some like a little more some less.

Now that I think about it. i cant raise the exhaust as its already past 98 . seems like someone was in this cylinder before . now that i got all the carbon cleaned up . thats not a very good start

Do you have a way to cut the base and band? Could get your exhaust back down at least. If needed you could put some epoxy in the intake.

I would contact a member with a lathe for help. Or start over with a new jug. My opinion probably isn't even worth what you paid for it but that's what I would do.

I’d raise the transfers up to about 118 and try it. I don’t mind 96 on exhaust on them so you’re not far off
Lol you like to push, I like 98 that's what I always shoot for on the 372 as well. I tend to stagger my transfers 2° been a while since I talk porting numbers[emoji111]

I like 94 on a 660 and 96 on 7900s. I don’t like how most saws feel with the higher exhausts. Some feel right and held back. Others don’t seem to care. I did like to stagger the quads and aim them differently.

I'd start by double checking all your numbers, they seem a little off. Unless it's truly been dicked with...

You should send it to @Canadian farm boy and have him cut the base/squish. I think you are in the same neck of the woods.
