No worries. If this one doesn't sell I'll build it eventually. Margarets due date has crept up on me and building my 372's and a saw for a friend. It has me in a clean house kind of mood for basically all projects.

I get that way. Then I regret selling a builder that I've never done before. Or I whittle my runner and or project shelves down and come across a lot of five that I just can't pass up...
