Very interesting. I like 21LPX, never thought they would produce LGX in .325.

There are so many variations of pitch, cutter type, sequence, etc.: hard to keep track.
Is the cutter different than 22LPX, or just that this is missing the low kickback drive link bumper?

I would think it's the same as the 3/8 stuff. For lowered kickback LPX uses a bumper and LGX uses a large depth gauge.

I ordered 2 loops of the .325 lgx to try. I haven't tried it yet but it looks nice.

It's gotta be pretty new, when I got a roll of EXL about 2 months ago I was looking at the .325 and LPX was all they had.

I scrolled down through that page. There’s a place to sign up for email news. I just might. Obviously we can’t depend on the dorks at the parts counter to keep us informed. Half the time they just blink their eyes and shake their head
Here we don’t even get a blink. Its just a deer in the headlight look seconds before they hit the catalog to look it up even though you just told them exactly what chain you needed and the part number. Then they ask “whats it for?“ so you tell em and get “oh, we don’t sell xxx saws here.”

Lmao

Can it be had in 050?
If so I'd like to give it a try.

The Oregon Catalog appears to be showing the .325 LGX to just be a version of LPX without the drive link low kickback bumpers

They are describing EXL chains (not seeing this is .325) as being more a more aggressive, 'professional' chain. However, the 'multi-axis grind' to me suggests out-of-the-box performance that many be hard to replicate by the user when sharpening. JMHO.
