I have up for sale a stock running Stihl MS 440 for parts or repair. This saw came to me as a running saw and I put on a few minor items here and there is all. It's not been rebuilt by me in any way shape or form. The chain guard on the tank, chain catcher, bar nuts and 440 placard on top cover were changed out OEM and an AM muffler and dawgz were also installed. Saw is in good shape overall and not too good to where a person wouldn't care to use it. You can see the saw run in the video, it's the first one ran. I'll post up some pics as well. $595.00 PHO plus actual ship charges.

Keeping in standing with forum rules.
There's nothing that I know of, however, having not rebuilt it, I can't 100% guarantee that there isn't. Therefor as parts and repair there is no assumption of receiving perfection. It's a used saw and that's about it.
