My brother in law scored a 272XP, but the previous owner inexplicably removed all the chain brake parts, and even cut off the magnesium casting that sticks up on top of the clutch cover.
Need the complete assy...clutch cover and all internal parts and brake flag, etc. ready to bolt on. I'm not sure how much money he's looking to sink into it, but figured I'd get some feelers out there and see what pops up. Found NWP aftermarket chinese on ebay, but would rather have OEM.

Thanks guys

May be looking for other parts as well after he tears into it.

I have an am one from HL and have been very happy with it. Just had to throw that out there cause I was sceptical at first too.

Thanks, Wayne. I was wondering about them. That may be the route we go since used OEM ones seen to be scarce

And the action is tight too. I actually got one and cut it down for a Jred 670 and it still fit.
