After some test fitting they do not clear the cases but it is very very close. So i will make them fit by sanding of the paint in cases (it was ready to flake of anyways)

And remove the small tabs in the stuffers, they make the O.D a hair bigger. Will find some way to make them stay on the lobes. Maybe JB weld.

Update on the cylinder. Started to some very mild blending of the lowers The cheapo dremel clone isnt the best so wont try anything too risky before getting a better one.

First cylinder im running a grinder on so not going full hotsaw yet.

Here is a perplexing problem with saw cranks, the counterweights I'm guessing are about 1/3 of a circle so lower crankcase compression ratio. But take the piston and cylinder off your saw and turn the crank to BDC so it's at the bottom of the downstroke- when the transfer ports are open... Now look at the crank,it's counterweights are at the top of the crankcase and a large part of your fuel/air charge(about 2/3 of the crankcase volume) is trapped in the bottom of the crankcase with the counterweights above blocking your fuel charge from getting up past them to the transfer ports, considering the short amount of time the transfers are open.
By adding stuffers it will make much better flow, and no blocking of fuel charge.

This is how tight they are to the cases. I try to remove as little as possible. Taking a long time but rather that than destroy a good set of cases.

More or less just removing what Husqvarna left from the casting process.
