I was not away they had threaded paw studs in the 2100. I think you can tap the flywheel and use the ones from a 288/394 though.

I have 5 flywheels, 4 have press in studs and one is threaded which i believe came off a 2101. Can the pawls from 394 be used?

These are new to me so maybe the po tapped it?

I bought a toggle switch for mine off eBay and was happy with it. I could dig up the sale and see if they are more available. They were cheap IIRC.

You wouldn't happen to have an extra jug you'd part with do you?

I do, and I would consider when I get these two saws together and running.

Thanks JJ, I dug in my pile of 288 junk today and found pawls. I used the one flywheel that was tapped and retapped to use M5 timserts for the 288 bolts. The 2100 pawls are slightly different even though they show the same pn on partstree but they worked.

Id still like to find a good to nos switch for the 2100 im restoring. This is the one im almost done with.image.jpeg

Any chance I could talk you into jotting down some dimensions from your velocity stack. I may turn a few out tomorrow.

Thanks. How much would you say you stand to gain from the stack?

I don't think it's so much of gaining from the velocity stack. It's just hard to find the stock air filters and filter covers. You also have more options for filters with the vstack.
