OK $125 is cheap for 046 stuff but shipping is expensive and read all this before you get excited. The good is the case and crank seem good. The tank is OK but has a patch on the bottom under the fill cap. There are some little bits that are so hard to trace down when building a project. On/off switch, rubber mounts, oil pump, there.
The OEM cylinder is bad. It has a deep scratch above one transfer port clear to the top. The other is aftermarket and is not known if it is even a 460, although it is the correct diameter maybe usable, maybe not. The muffler needs a small piece welded or brazed back onto one corner (the piece is there) and is gutted inside. The muffler cover is aftermarket. The carburetors are unknown and have been sitting around in a box but I believe they are 044 or 046.
Ask for any clairifying pictures .You can figure the shipping for yourself from 89403 and 13# weight.
