SOLD 038 mag II basket case

I bought this saw a while ago. It was together when I got it, tore it apart and a divorce happened. Never got back to it. I believe everything is there and maybe some stuff for other saws.

Not picture is the clutch cover but will be included
The front handle does not seem right. If I find it it goes with the saw, If I can't they are readily available on ebay for about 30 bucks.


The piston has some light scuffing on one side but is probably still usable with a new ring. Jug is good but may need some cleaning. This is the largest displacement on this chasis.

I had bought some new aftermarket top covers all else is oem

Im going to ask 150, if i am out to lunch let me know. I believe I have a little over 200 into it but thats my problem.

I kinda sorta been kicking tires on Mag II's for a while. But I'm the in lose one to get one program. So i don't get to fifty saws. Plus I have four basketcases sitting here right now waiting on parts. I should pass.

I do have a spare 925. Not the one you're thinking of but I understand you have some experience with them.. The Jred goes nowhere.

Im almost done with another but i dont think im going to gas it or port it its all fully powdered and oem topend new oem tank clear screw cap new bing carb dave is doing new tags for top cover

just get it, put together, if ya don't like it they go for double that runnin. if I could have only one creamsicle, that be it. a recently put together 044's makin it a lil tougher [but not changed] decision, tho.

found the front handle in my 1121 stuff. it is in great condition and included with the saw.
