You can still get this kit from your dealer. There is a couple oem kits on ebay too. How have you been Butler guy? Are you changing your all orange allegiance?

Howdy 5155, I feel the same as you and thanks for confirming that the bearing size was update from 13mm to 16mm. The 16mm did not work on my .375 7T rim. My 034AV is an early model and can’t, but I try, to figure it out for my dealer who is nothing more than a parts changer.
If you get info on you .325 8T please let me know as I’d like to try that combo on that saw even though I’m into already for the .375 setup, i’d like to see how the old girl does with a .325.
Thanks for your info.

Sent ya a pm. Not sure if it will help.

Did not try Tims contact YET. Thanks.
Arnolds wanted SN and I was away from it at the time.
The dealer in Harmar changed hands to Sun something. Clerk said they'd call me but didn't say what month.

I have PNs, sizes, etc, and no parts, stills are great and I am stupid lol.

If I get through this I'll be lookin for a new 20" 325 bar.

The upgraded 1125 Drum has a different size cog on it than the early one. It’s the same cog that’s on the 044 and up. I’m not sure a 325 rim sprocket is even available for it, especially a 7 pin because the drive teeth would bite into the cog. I think it’s not physically possible to run anything smaller than a 9 pin 325 on that size cog. I’m sure you could buy a custom rim sprocket for it, but they are pricey.

Harmar shop called and said parts are there.
Think she said 8 pin. Try to get there tomorrow.
Clerk was/is helpful.
Update sheet I've been looking from is number 55.2000, there is a newer one but it's a secret lol.
From you guys experience I maybe take the saw along.
If the saw manufacturers started parts distributer on OPE site that'd be ok with me.

Brought the parts home to the tune of 64 bucks. Tore mine apart, measured things up.
They sold me the 13mm, I ordered the 16mm upgrade. Silver proprietary huh, after waiting months. Glad I have huskies ready for the upcoming week. The new washer is also wimpy.
Good luck still worshippers.

Return it if possible. I don’t think a 325 rim can physically fit on the upgraded cog size, it’s simply too big.

I‘ve run the smaller bearing for years with no issues. You just have to keep it lubed, which most guys don’t. Advantage Husky, for drilling the crank center to facilitate bearing greasing.

Don't make the trip to Ambridge. Unfortunately Sandy closed her shop a couple of weeks ago. Dang shame, another privateer with working knowledge shop owner has closed down.
