sick tree

I hope this is in the right location to ask. If not, please feel free to move it. I have a very tall evergreen tree in my yard and it appears to be sick. On the bottom 2/3's of the tree the green needles have turned brown and fallen of or are just hanging there. The top 1/3'rd of the tree looks...
