    Norwood PM14 depth control not holding

    I have a Norwood PM14 that I set up and was attempting to mill slabs. The acme threaded rod for depth control kept vibrating, thus turning and consequently changed the depth of cut as I used it. Admittedly I was over the recommended size of saw and bar. (STIHL MS 881 WITH A 36" BAR )

    Norwood bandsaws.

    I just found out my dad bought a Norwood bandsaw. I believe it's a MN 26? Needless to say I'm thrilled! I'm sure I'll be helping him out getting it setup when it arrives. Any of you guy have a Norwood saw and if so have you been happy with it?
