192 top handle carb crusty lines pulse line

Wondering if one of you can lead me in the right direction. I have a 192 TC that will only run when tilted forward and not well then either. It will die like it is out of gas when tilted backward bar up. I am thinking it is the fuel line or pulse line fuel line was replaced (in theory) I will...
