What Catman said. Definitely doable out of the bucket for the right person just not that guy lol. They don't train most of their guys to do any rigging because of the power lines they work around which puts them in over their head often on removals.

A local Ashplundh crew was working with our utility company clearing trees for new poles going in, got to this point ..... and then said they couldn't do it. So we were hired to finish it.
