I haven't seen Dukes kit, the proline wasn't anything special & like i said the spring in the kit for the diaphram was a lot longer/bigger so it didn't work for me, but i just really needed the diaphram & that seemed to be ok. I bought a oil pump gasket kit for that saw on ebay & he had cnc cut...

Yup, the foam filter gums up & disolves. These use a diaphram i believe, so be sure to change that. I did one about a year ago & used the pro line kit, the spring was completely different (in length & tension) so i ended up reusing the oem spring. It did oil when i was done, but not great, but...

He certainly will be missed. Never met the man, but read a LOT of his posts over the years & he certainly brought a lot to the table for sure.

Red oak we did today. 7' Dia. 2 trees grown into one. Didn't get a before pic sadly.

I have several 670s & would love to have one ported one of these days if we need a ported one to compare to a stocker. ;)
