I think this brake handle is correct - even though it says 9102 on the package, it says 9104 on the actual handle...

I think a nylon bushing would work best since it would have the least friction.

Goes between recoil and brake handle as the 066 recoil is wider. I found a nylon bushing at the local hardware store that works well.

On the starter side, since the 064 starter is narrower than the 066. I think the 066/660 brake handles are around 10mm wider.
