I have used some motoseal on the boot before sliding it on and installing the ring.

Pics? Unless the boot holder is broken or cracked I don't see how it would be problematic. They are usually really tight, to the point...

I've never seen a new boot leak at the cylinder. is it a oem boot? correct boot? part number?

Installed new boot ,Plastic Sealing block is good,Has Anyone use a clamp on these and is there room for clamp below the plastic sealing...
