Older chain may require the +/- 10°; newer stuff went to 0°.

Whatever you give up by NOT tilting, would not be quantifiable.

I've tried the 10 deg tilt a few times but never noticed any significant benefit.

When my FIL passed, one of the things I inherited was a clone Oregon grinder. I have it mounted but the wheel was damaged somehow before...
