Amazing price for a big un. Could the adjusters be held in place with low strength threadlocker? It should stop them vibrating loose...

Is the air filter foam separating from the rubber? IIRC, they are a wash-and-re-oil filter.

Very nice shape for its age. Was owned by the Indianapolis airport authority. Starts and runs as it should. Only issue is the air...
