Moral conundrum, is 2lbs of butter too much for a deep dish apple pie? 3 sticks in the crust alone. Egg wash, sugar, etc.

Getting closer to having real shop electric hookup. Need to finish mast and wire coming into meter loop and wire it to inside breaker...

Used brake cleaner as well, but the question is how much is too much. I don't do this enough for a cheetah.
