This isn’t even that bad. They are calling for -35 to -45 wind chills for us. I’m sure northern Minnesota will see even worse.

It must be millable.. Sassafras is what all those gumbo and jambalaya cooks use for their stirring paddles.

I don't mind sawing dinky logs if it's something interesting like sassafras. Cherry or walnut probably 10" minimum to be worth messing...
