Still available. We're a Husqvarna dealer and we just got some in. They are still active for ordering from Husqvarna and some are even in stock at Husqvarna right now. I was told the 395XP will be phased out once the 592XP has surpassed it in sales. So, I imagine that will not be anytime...

Tillotson HE-20A should fit & work fine. Not too expensive either. It comes with a compensating diaphragm cover. If your air filter doesn't have the compensating air filter and just need the plain diaphragm cover that part number is Tillotson 91A-344.
