Thanks for that. Did not consider setting it to 60hz. It has to be 30 years old and obviously not a high end unit. I had not considered it would run static RPM as my honda adjusts rpm to load. The only wiring I can find is for the ON/OFF switch and that ties into the low oil shut down. So...

I have a briggs powered devilbiss branded generator rated a 4k continuous, 5k surge. It cranks and runs great but when placed under a load it does not idle up, it lugs slightly when placed under load. I would like to think this is an adjustment issue but I am not well versed in generators, or...

I did it the other way around. Truetrac in the rear of my F350 for towing and street manners. ARB up front for when needed. I agree though the truetrac has been flawless for me. Thinking of swapping to a select able rear locker but too many projects going right now.
