Side note: both new cylinders, the Hyway and the Meteor black box were cast from the same mold. Different finish of plating, YES. Different finished machining, possible. But these two cylinders came from the same mold. I have little doubt. High confidence. I will bet you a chocolate chip cookie...

@Ezarb I think Tsumara bars are excellent. I had one that seemed to have a bit of clear-coat, or wharever protective coating they apply, in the bar groove causing the drivers to drag. Just a guess on my part. And yes, it was one of new Premium Lite bars

If a chain breaks I will post it. Until then, more oil and more throttle. TSUMARA just makes some really nice bars in my experience. Until I see otherwise I'm gonna' run it. And run it hard. If a fail we will soon see it on the forums

Yeah, a new 28" and 32" "premium lite" TSUMARA bar have been difficult on a pair of 90cc(+) saws . Not sure of the issue as both have correct chain drive link size and DL count. Seems really tight regarding chain drive link size vs bar groove intially. Running the snot out of both. Seems better...
