What does the SDC do better than the flat back? More fuel, more efficient fuel throughput?

TI thought about that, replaced the purge bulb and had the same issue. I direct connected the purge bulb circuit to the fuel line...

I just had another thought. Maybe the whistle is not coming from the carb but the purge bulb.
