I have a I have 394 cylinder and piston in decent shape. What for nos crankcases do you have by chance? Also, what is the model number for the 690 carb? Did the Dolmar 9000 have the same carb?

The 680 isn’t the nicest but definitely some salvageable parts, the crankcase itself would seal up no problem! I believe the top covers to Be 7900 top covers and the handle to be a 9000 or 9010? Somebody please correct me if I’m wrong
