Thanks, to fit the crank the case needs machining, this is easy if you have a lathe. The cylinder needs machining to fit. This unit has is built from clone parts I had. The big advantage of these is cheap prototyping. I have now proved it all works. I can't give a comparison of how it compares...

Yep have modded several that way. And swapped pistons to alter compression height. IMHO as far as aftermarket cylinders go,if it's asian I buy the cheapest and take what comes, The one meteor I used had hard plating, the ports were fairly average and the squish band tapered with a flat piston...

Here's some pics of the DIO head on the 440 hybrid, I put a 2mm spacer under the cylinder to bring the exhaust and transfers level with the top of the piston at BDC. Also fitted a 660 carb, straightened and expanded the intake boot with a piece of copper tube inside. Will cut the fins some more...

Hello Darryl looks really good I am up in Cambridge not far from the Naki experimenting with some similar ideas just fitted a dio head to a 440/460 hybrid along with a 660 carb. will try and get some pics up in the next day or so.

I think its a good idea to include the logo as part of the branding. Has anyone done testing to see which sticker makes the saw cut better? Or does it need racing stripes for that?

The rubber disc can be reinstalled or replaced. However I would second Kevin and replace the nozzle. They are available just need to get the correct OD.
