I thought of that. I kinda doubt it's the carb since it runs so good when it starts. I've been using my 150BT since this happened. I looked at the parts list and they list 2 different coils. I think the one on mine has been discontinued. Seems difficult to figure out what the replacement one is...

I've got a 350BT . Had it about 13 years. Been a really good blower. Since I've it I haven't even had to use the primer build to start except the first time. When cold I just put the whole on and it would start on the 3 pull Everytime. When warm it would start on the first pull, not choke...
