I have run stock vs MM vs MMWS and they all impressed. the MMWS 241's have more torque than the MM or stock. I tried a couple of 261's and they didnt compare as well.

If you run 91 octane at 40:1 its fine. 98 octane caused it and the 661 to run hot and rough. I use my 241 every work day,and the other saws stay in the truck unless i hit something big. Run the PS chain and a 8 tooth rim sprocket (56 drive links needed,not 55) i have two,and a third on the way...
