SIt might be, but seems kind of small to me, I guess the spring supports it and keeps it from bending when actuating the chain brake.

SThe little fork just keeps the spring aligned.

SMy IPL doesn't have part descriptions. I assume the bolt the fork goes against isn't proprietary, can just make it work with stainless...

STo me it seemed that the fork pictured would not be stout enough, but I guess it is supported by the spring and won't bend.
