I did a quick search of 16.5" truck tires and was amazed at the amount of options that came up om Amazon. You don't need to change rims if you do a very simple search online for 16.5" truck tires. Ken

With 7850 hours on it, that is the equivalent of driving a vehicle 432K miles @ 55 miles an hour. I would offer the lower price of 2500 and go from there. Only you can put a value to it for what you want it to do and how many more hours will it hold up. Ken
