Good weather today......the wind blew only while we was working with the vapor barrier.

After decades of hand grinders, my parents bought a used hobart commercial mixer with grinder......yeah, that's a serious machine.

Yep, pretty pricey. I bought ours back when I was rich and famous...lol. Growing up we ground dozens of deer, elk, cows, and multitudes of hogs with the old fashioned hand grinders....lots of work, but with 15 kids in the house there was plenty elbow grease. Before I bought the cabelas...
