SMake sure the exhaust screws aren't too long - that can cause a leak.

SIt's okay, let it cool down first, you want it to shrink back up after being expanded anyway.

SIf you have any copper flashing/sheet, make a copper gasket and heat shield combo. I have never hade one leak yet . .
