I've only done it once. It was shipped FedEx and I had to sign. The hazmat fee kills the deal in most cases.

Give it a few squirts short of stalling it, then give a long squirt until the engine stops spinning. I think this method is much better...

Crazy thing is I can order ammo with no signature. But if I order powder or primers I have to pay a hazmat fee and sign for the package.
