@Tor R Did you ever find a suitable grey tubing for the Husqvarna handles? I want to upgrade a wrap handle to suit my 357 xpg. I have a heating element but no clue where to get Husqvarna handle tubing from sadly.

Yep, both the front handle bar as well as the trigger handle have heater elements. You can even see that the front handle bar wrap is raised in some areas due to the element underneath.

Wow that's a score, congrats! The extra switch on the carb box turns on or off the heated handles. The rubber grommet is part of the AV system, if I recall correctly it limits the stroke of one of the rubber buffers on the front of the tank handle.

If all the front four screws (2 at the top, 2 on the bottom) of the muffler are taken out, you can usually pry the front muffler half of with a screwdriver. Leverage it under the muffler cover and the front of the case and it will usually come loose. When new, there is a gasket between the two...
