Hi Ray, do you have the workshop manual for a Honda G100 engine? I can find the GX100, but not the G100 version.

Most visible difference is the flange of the muffler where the two bolts 8 go into the case. The newer muffler has an arched flange edge, the older one on the bottom a flat flange edge. I believe the older mufflers weren't as deep as the new ones, requiring flange 11 to seal againtst the...

@Tor R Did you ever find a suitable grey tubing for the Husqvarna handles? I want to upgrade a wrap handle to suit my 357 xpg. I have a heating element but no clue where to get Husqvarna handle tubing from sadly.

Does your saw have a flat or rounded top cover? The plastic end plug for the oiler is not to seal in oil, but to keep debris from interfering with the pump shaft and its adjustment. The oil leak is likely from the oil pickup tube not being sealed tight against the oil pump or the case. A...

Additionally, the later 066 and 660 had a longer case, so those do not line up with the 064 nor early 066 cases
