I'll see if there are any problems. With the original, large carburetor gasket, the carburetor is already somewhat shielded. The inner channel leading from the fan to the carburetor is sealed, and the air filter will no longer be inside the housing but exposed to the air. Therefore, heat buildup...

Currently on my workbench: a reed valve block for cylinders with a round intake. The base is currently a Husqvarna 372. However, the block should fit many other chainsaws or be adaptable. There's still quite a bit of work to do.

My final solution. Only the intake still need a small work for the attachement.

Believe me, the special shaft brings at least 10 horsepower. Minimum. You just have to believe in it firmly, then it will happen. In my life, I’ve probably modified 500 carburetors accordingly. And if the engine chews up bolts. Doesn’t matter. I’ll take my chances.

The screws are glued in…it is not foreseen to open anymore. In normaly there should be no problems.

Yes. It mimics throttle shaft valves, like those used in kart carburetors, or how these are machined. As example a picture from the original part for a IBEA carb.

I know….long ago. But now i have found another solution. It works fine for me and it is possible to change it for any carb i whant.

Do you know the difference of the hole spacing ? ? Thanks for the information. That would be too complicated.
