Good to hear . As well as finishing of my deck and refinishing some furniture I’ve rebuilt a 288 from that pile of saws I bought and am about to rebuild my first husky 390 . Also need to finish my 353 . what are the rest of you doing?

Typical . There was a bunch of smaller stihls in there , 231 025 etc and maybe an 029/039 plus husky 55 , 272 and a 2100 parts saw plus two or three echo top handles.

Good luck with your project, I never ran a 272 but I've had a couple of 266s and they were great saws
