yes, the so called bushing is the cam lobe for points ignition they are slightly tight on the shaft but come off.

Hi Kelly, the 2 hex bolts are screwed into the pipe on each side .there is a pin you have to remove at the U shaped end I believe. If it brakes ,I will give you one . They are rare! When Gavin comes here, I can send one with him.
