More flow is going to come with more noise. Bark boxes are especially loud due to the outlet being nearly in line with the exhaust port.

I’m assuming you want to port it yourself. 105.5/120/78. Widen the exhaust. Only model where I prefer the meteor piston over OEM...

Redhead up and running solo crank heated handle 7900. Think this is my new favorite saw and I haven't even cut with it yet lol
